Przedmioty na korytarzu / Items in the hallway

Drodzy Właściciele, Zwracamy się z prośbą o usunięcie wszelkich przedmiotów znajdujących się na korytarzu nieruchomości, takich jak wózki, rowery czy hulajnogi lub inne przedmioty zajmujące miejsce. W przypadku sytuacji awaryjnej lub ewakuacji, korytarz stanowi kluczowy sposób wydostania się z budynku. Ponadto przedmioty stanowią zagrożenie rozprzestrzeniania pożaru. W przypadku realnego zagrożenia pożarem właściciele przedmiotów na korytarzu, które utrudniłyby i spowolniłyby proces mogą być pociągnięci do odpowiedzialności karnej lub zapłacenia grzywny. Bardzo prosimy o usunięcie wszystkich przedmiotów (dotyczy to również rzeczy jak buty lub wazoniki z substancjami zapachowymi).

Dear Neighbours, We would like to ask You to remove all items stored in the hallway in the building, such as strollers for children, bikes or other items that are taking up space. In a case of an emergency, the hallway is an important part of the evacuation process and allows everyone to safely leave the building. More importantly in case of a fire, the items can lead to the spread of fire and cause more damage. Moreover in a event of a real emergency, the owners of items left in the hallway that caused the process of evacuation to be slower or more difficult, could be held criminally accountable or pay a fine. We again ask You to remove all items (also applies to shoes or other smaller items).
